This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with information that we collect offline and through Sigma websites, services or applications (collectively, “Sites”). By accessing, browsing, and/or using our Sites that link to this Privacy Policy, you agree to accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, including the collection, use, and disclosure of your information, as described in this policy. Sigma does not knowingly sell information of any kind.

Corporate Family

If another company acquires Sigma (or a business unit of Sigma that uses your Personal Information), the Personal Information collected by Sigma will be transferred to that company, and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information. The new company’s Privacy Policy may govern further protection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information.
